'''Ownership of Work Product.''' The parties hereby acknowledge that the Work
Product, and all documentation, information, systems, and other results
developed in connection with the Work Product, will, to the extent
permitted by Law, be a "work made for hire" within the definition of
Section 101 of the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 101) and will be assigned
to {{CompanyName}} which will release the work to the public licensed
under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or later. 

'''Assignment of Work Product.''' If and to the extent that any Work Product
is not deemed to be a work made for hire within the definition of the
Copyright Act, at the completion and acceptance of the {{DELIVERABLE}},
{{PARTY B}} shall promptly assign to {{PARTY A}} all its right, title, and
copyright interest in and to the Work Product,.

== Patents ==
Neither party will apply for any patent that could plausibly read on the Work Product.

The Company and I agree, notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, that any invention to be assigned by me to the Company under this agreement shall be assigned in accordance with the Innovator’s Patent Agreement ("IPA") and, if a patent application is filed on any invention, that a copy of the executed IPA shall be recorded with the assignment branch of the patent office where the patent application is filed.
